LONDON & UK DELIVERY 

Within London we use non-specialist couriers to deliver framed artwork but out-with London art works require specialist handling due to their fragility. We use specialist art courier firms such as Fragilistics for this purpose.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All framed artworks can be shipped internationally and to do this safely custom-sized crates are made for the framed works and shipped using our specialist art couriers.

 

PACKAGING

  • Unframed prints: Each print is protected by acid-free tissue paper and most sent rolled up in a heavy-duty postal tube. If, however, a work requires to be sent flat then it will be sent flat with card backing. If you would prefer this option in any case, this can be accommodated but it might incur additional costs.
  • Framed items: All items are wrapped in bubble wrap with the addition of foam corners for protection. Your item or items will be hand delivered safely by a TOXIC gallery delivery driver or by a specialist art courier.

 

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ARTWORK?

  • Despatch unframed items – 1 to 3 weeks
  • Despatch framed artwork – 3 to 6 weeks

 

EXPECTED DELIVERY POST DISPATCH

This depends on the courier used and to which country:

  • UK – 1 - 2 days, via Royal Mail or a UK courier service.
  • Europe – Allow for 5 - 10 days for Air Mail within the EU.
  • Worldwide – Expect delivery within 10 to 14 days.

 

LOST ITEMS

In the unlikely event of an item going missing, we will contact you and the shipping company or courier to try and resolve any issues.

We are not responsible for items that go missing once they are with the shipping company or courier, but we will provide replacements, exchanges or refunds where necessary.

If we become aware of any issues with your shipping address, we will contact you prior to dispatch. We are, however, not responsible for any mistakes in the contact or address details provided by the customer, nor any subsequent lost orders.
